Delivery and returns
We aim to deliver your order within 48 hours
Shipping
We process all orders on the day of receipt and orders in stock will be despatched within 48 hours during normal working hours from Monday to Friday.
If a product is not available, we will contact you to advise likely delivery times or provide a full refund.

Returns
Damaged goods – if your goods are damaged in transit, you must inform us within two working days of receipt, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Non-delivery – you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Non delivery must be reported within two weeks of dispatch.
Returns – we guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 1 year warranty.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery if the goods have not yet been dispatched.
