Our warranty is a simple one. If for some reason your TekraSport product fails to deliver on what we promise, send your product back to us in the post with a quick note explaining the problem.

We promise to repair or replace your product
if we can’t fix your product, and you have followed our user guide and care instructions, we’ll send you a new one, simple.
When you receive your repaired product or a replacement, the product warranty will be valid for a further 12 months.
